But we appreciate that you may actually need to use your title information elsewhere and in other forms. Indeed, the whole point of managing your bibliographic data is to be able to disseminate it easily, widely, accurately and on time. So it makes sense for you to be able to export selected information to any common file format.
The Onix Central Publishing Manager comes with handy predefined exports for exporting to Excel, PDF and of course industry standard ONIX XML.
You can send ONIX messages out to all your principal trading partners and ONIX recipients (Nielsen Bookdata; Amazon; Barnes & Noble; Bowker; Indigo; Ingrams and so on) as well as exports to Excel as required by Amazon Advantage and Waterstone's in the UK.
All your related media (images, audio and movies) may be held in their native format and export or emailed at the click of a button.
This means that we can offer tremendously useful tools. For instance, at the touch of a button you can FTP all your cover designs directly to Nielsen, Amazon, your distributor - or whoever you like. Seriously - think of the time you'll save.
