You navigate in two ways: via the go menu
and via the grey tabs:
The green toggle tabs 
at the top of the listing screen are useful navigational shortcuts. Clicking on the right-hand tab flips between list views. Clicking on the left hand tab takes you to the detailed record behind the list - for instance Contributor Detail from the Contributor List:
