Tour: Title Detail
The Title Detail screen allows you to contain a large proportion of key bibliographic date in one place.
Core data such as Title, ISBN, Price, Product Form, Series, Edition, Publication Date and Status are found on this screen. There is also the facility to capture a cover image (you can contain many more images in the Media section). A nice feature is that you can upload an image with any name, for instance boxing.jpg, but when you come to export the title it will save as the ISBN number e.g. 9780954575989.jpg - which is the format most supply chain partners require.
At the bottom of the screen are seven further tabs. These contain space for further important title detail information, such as City of Publication which is a required field in the Onix Standard, but which are not necessarily used every day. The use of the tabs tucks them out of the way for ease of daily use.
